You get a 90 day manufacturer's warranty and DB Research LLP's Money-Back Guarantee: 

You can return any item for any reason within the first 30 days. We'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise (not including original or return shipping) whichever you prefer. No re-stocking fees, no strings attached. 

Of course, because of the special nature of our Scratch and Dent specials, exchanges for "better" (less damaged) scratch and dent models are not permitted. There is no way for us to identify what degree of scratch and dent is acceptable to you it's a matter of individual taste.

Here's how a component winds up in Scratch and Dent:

         The product has been discontinued.

         The product was dented, scratched or blemished in shipping.

         The manufacturer's box was damaged, but the component was unharmed.

         The product was returned to us without the original packaging.

         The product was returned to us without the owner's manual.

         The product was returned to us in need of repair. (It is then repaired or refurbished to factory specifications.)

Please note: There is no way for us to identify which of the above reasons caused a particular item to wind up in Scratch and Dent. Scratch and Dent items may lack the paperwork needed to redeem manufacturer rebates and special offers.
