Here's how a component winds up in Scratch and Dent:

·         The product has been discontinued.

·         The product was dented, scratched or blemished in shipping.

·         The manufacturer's box was damaged, but the component was unharmed.

·         The product was returned to us without the original packaging.

·         The product was returned to us without the owner's manual.

·         The product was returned to us in need of repair. (It is then repaired or refurbished to factory specifications.)
